Chelsea were forced to settle for a point at Stamford Bridge as Hull City held the Blues to a thrilling 2–2 draw in Saturday’s Premier League clash.

Chelsea continued pushing after the restart and eventually found their reward.

João Pedro levelled in the 66th minute, converting from a move involving Cole Palmer to make it 2–2.

The goal gave Chelsea renewed momentum, but Hull refused to collapse.

Both sides had opportunities during the closing stages, yet neither could find the decisive third goal.

A Point That Feels Different for Both Teams

For Hull, a draw at Stamford Bridge represents another impressive result during their return to the Premier League.

Sergej Jakirović's side had entered the game unbeaten and had not conceded in their opening three league matches. They leave west London having conceded twice but still maintaining their unbeaten record.

Chelsea, meanwhile, will be frustrated after failing to turn home advantage into three points.
