Gabriel Martinelli Scores Hat-Trick as Al Hilal Thrash Al Taawoun 6–0

The Brazilian opened his Al Hilal account in the 18th minute, reacting quickly to a rebound inside the penalty area before finishing confidently. It was his first goal for the club since joining from Arsenal.

Martinelli was not finished.

He doubled his tally in the 43rd minute after being played through by Ollie Watkins, racing clear before calmly beating the goalkeeper.

Just seven minutes after the interval, Martinelli completed his hat-trick. Crysencio Summerville delivered a low cross into the danger area, and the Brazilian finished to make it 4–0.

Watkins also enjoyed a memorable afternoon, scoring twice as Al Hilal produced a six-goal demolition.

The performance marked a remarkable turnaround for Martinelli after he had failed to score in his first two appearances for his new club.

His hat-trick also ended an eight-month wait since his previous club-level treble for Arsenal.
